You have control over your data and can request access, correction, or deletion at any time.
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your Rhubarb account, you can do so by contacting us at hello@rhubarb.run or via the contact form on the website. We will process your request without undue delay.
Data Removal Upon Deletion
When your account is deleted, your personal data will be removed from our systems, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Some anonymised or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and service improvement, but this will not identify you personally.
Accessing Your Data
If you would like a copy of the data we hold about you, or if you wish to correct any inaccuracies, you can submit a request using the same contact details.
We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests to ensure your data is protected.
Timeframe for Requests
We aim to respond to all valid requests within one month, in line with UK GDPR requirements.
If You're Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
